This is one ugly-looking fly that does nothing but catch redfish and flounder. I’ve even caught sheepshead on this. It is literally a wooly bugger with a unusual wing. It is the right colors, and the right weight to get right down to those bottom-feeders. It has limited flash for those spooky fish. Don’t be afraid to fish this one on the thickest turtle grass bottoms, it slide through the weeds with ease. Down & Brown. Tied on a Mustad C70SAP-TX long shank #4 streamer hook. It does need to be lightly sharpened.
